Exchange and Return Policy

Dear valued customers,

Kindly note our exchange and return policy below.

Goods once sold can only be returned based on this policy. We do not offer cash refunds.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges on customized products.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags, in its original packaging accompanied by the purchase receipt. We can offer exchanges for the same item if it’s still available.

We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.

Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been used, worn or altered in any way and does not meet our return policy requirements.

To return a damaged item, please contact sales@meraki.co.tz with your order details and a picture of the damaged product.

We are unable to replace items that were purchased through our third-party vendors.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale

Sale items, special orders, personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns from any pop-up shop purchases or purchases made through our third-party vendors.
