First and foremost, I would like to say a big THANK YOU for showing interest in working with Meraki Tanzania. Meraki Tanzania is a jewelry and soon-to-be fashion brand based in Dar es Salaam with registration number 445465 and TIN 111-586-209. We hand-make jewelry and accessories with a lovely difference in a modern classic way using Brass, Sterling silver, Aluminum, Gold (upon request), wood, fabrics, thread and semi-precious stones. Meraki Tanzania works with skilled artisans to make its pieces, also it recruits youths especially young ladies who have been unable to continue with their education- high school education mostly- and equip them with jewelry making skills , as they receive technical know how they are also paid salaries – that helps them to support themselves and their families.
We offer plenty of designs that can be customized for your brand/shop as well as be your brand’s jeweler whereby we get to bring your own designs into reality just for you.
POLICIES:
1.Minimum order
The minimum required value of the order is 1,000,000 Tshs and the designs picked should at least have 5 pieces of each design.
2.Production period
We ask for 14 working days to complete your order, this period is subjected to change and will be communicated in case of work load by the time order is placed and the complexity of the designs picked.
3.Exclusivity
We only offer exclusivity by design whereby for stores that are located within the same locality, the design picked by one store won’t be supplied to another store in that location.
4. Payment and payment mode
We accept bank deposit in our NMB account; order needs to be paid in full before we commence production.
5.Shipping and Returns
Customer is required to pay for the cost of the preferred shipping method. Cost of returns – in case of damage (which we minimizes by packaging the order well) is ON US and that is acceptable within 48 hours after the receiving the order.
